Speranza e Coraggio is a project by Glioblastoma.IT ODV that offers free, specialized, online psychological support to patients affected by glioblastoma and other high-grade brain tumors, as well as to their family members and caregivers. The service is provided by volunteer psychologists and psychotherapists with specific expertise in psycho-oncology and neuropsychology, trained on brain tumors; it does not replace ongoing medical, oncological, or psychological care, but complements it to support the treatment journey on an emotional and relational level.

The consultations, confidential, take place via Google Meet after registering on the Glioblastoma Navigator platform, and are accessible from all over Italy without the need to travel (occasionally also available in English).

The project is co-financed by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia with an extraordinary contribution pursuant to Regional Law No. 8/2024, Article 8, paragraphs 37-39, intended to raise awareness about glioblastoma and high-grade brain tumors and to support patients and families affected by these conditions.
